  On 1/10/13 at 12:04 I called RBCinsurance at 1-866-496-5251 and spoke with customer service rep Elga. She said I would have to speak with a sales supervisor regarding the complaint filed against them and transferred me. I then spoke with the supervisor and she said they need more information about the complaint in order to move forward. I informed her of her options to resolve the complaint, gave her my direct contact information and she said she will contact me if assistance is needed of if there are questions regarding this matter. She was very polite and seemed genuinely interested in resolving.
